Recently restored with bio-architecture, our guest house is in the heart of Sini, Alta Marmilla, beneath the Giara Plateau, just 10 km from Su Nuraxi di Barumini and close to Monte Arci with the Obsidian Museum in Pau. You will have exclusive use of the entire property: 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom (shower and toiletries), a common lounge, and a private terrace overlooking the landscape and the courtyard garden. There is no kitchen, but a home restaurant is available by reservation for an extra fee, offering a daily menu and simple vegetarian dishes. Italian breakfast is included; vegetarian or à la carte breakfast is available for an extra fee on request. Holistic experiences and personalized detox programs are available by reservation for an extra fee. Parking is available in front of the house. Tennis court 5 minutes by car. No pets or events allowed. Casa S'urtzula in Sini is a guest house located in the historic center of a small village in Alta Marmilla. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Breakfast is included, prepared fresh to start your day. A home restaurant experience is available upon reservation, offering a personalized menu based on homemade cuisine. Holistic wellness experiences are also available.
